Angus came to LPS Group after a 10-year career spent with two of Australia's largest construction businesses. His experience has been in project management and coordination, with additional involvement in estimating, planning, and the functions of these businesses, as well as in the procurement and commercial functions of the projects. His time spent coordinating, managing the design and carrying out works on major and complex construction projects has ensured that his attention to detail, understanding of constructability issues, and troubleshooting of quality and compliance issues at the early stages of a project's design are paramount to the successful delivery and completion of these projects. Angus's area of strength is his detail-focused approach, which ensures projects are carried out in line with the client's expectations and that subcontractors understand them.

Dan comes to LPS Group following an 11 year career within the construction industry, including working with a subcontractor, a small and nimble tier 3 builder and two of the biggest construction contractors in Australia. This varied background has instilled in Dan a drive to ensure he is across the detail of all aspects of a project but to also keep a firm grasp on the big picture. Throughout his career he has completed several roles from estimator, contract manager, project coordinator through to project management where he has been able to effectively manage, even on the most challenging projects, to achieve financial targets that adhere to program, quality and safety expectations. Dan’s strengths lie in methodically planning and setting projects up for success, including ensuring the correct number and location of plant, equipment and resources and building a team foundation where people are driven to the same outcome. Daniel holds an open QBCC builder’s license and is the nominee for LPS Group.

Mark is a results focused project management specialist with a track record of successful project delivery in complex and challenging environments. Mark combines his exceptional leadership with his demonstrated coordination skillset and commercial acumen. His experience covers many sectors including residential, retail, commercial, mining and government projects. Mark has experience in medium to large scale project delivery and extensive understanding of all project fundamentals including programming, subcontracts and administration, cost control, forecasting and reporting and has a client and end user focus. He has a genuine commitment to safety and has high levels of environmental awareness.

Nathan has more than 20 years experience in the construction industry delivering large, complex projects for clients in the residential & commercial sectors. This experience continues to reinforce the importance of building strong stakeholder relationships and building partnerships with our clients, offering them innovative and practical solutions. Nathan leads a dedicated team of professionals and provides the strategic direction in developing and implementing the Construction teams’ business plan.

Keyen has more than 20 years experience delivering major civil, health, education, residential, retail and infrastructure projects across Queensland, bringing extensive experience managing complex projects through construction, commissioning and handover, with a strong focus on program, commercial outcomes, quality, safety and client satisfaction. Keyen brings a broad technical and operational skill set spanning construction management, quality assurance, compliance, procurement, industrial relations, risk management and multidisciplinary team leadership. He has a proven ability to coordinate large delivery teams, contractors, consultants and clients, resolve complex construction challenges and identify cost-effective solutions. His extensive site-based experience and demonstrated leadership provide LPS Group with strong construction expertise and practical project leadership.

Jackson has been in the industry since 2017 and part of the LPS team since 2024. Throughout his career, he has successfully worked across various industry sectors , building strong relationships with clients and subcontractors & acts as the bridge between business objectives and day-to-day operations. Jackson brings strength in commercial negotiation, procurement & stakeholder management. A strong believer in collaboration, he takes a hands-on approach in everything he does and works hard to ensure the LPS team consistently delivers for our clients.

John brings 30 years worth of construction experience with a strong focus on Workplace Health and Safety requirements. He has worked his way through the ranks of this role starting on site, undertaking further qualifications in WHS, Quality, Return to Work, systems and auditing. He is passionate about ensuring our business remains compliant and has the systems and processes in order to do this, however his main driver is to ensure that people who work on and visit our sites go home as happy and healthy as they were when they arrived.
